Not in the first year — it is included. After the first year, $29/year keeps your admin access: the ability to edit, add chapters, and approve new memories.
Pet memorials at $95 have no renewal.
We will never take a memorial offline. If a family pauses payment, we absorb the hosting cost and the memorial stays exactly where it is, at the same address. Admin editing is paused until renewal, and your custom domain can always be transferred to you.
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right, we will make it right — or refund you in full.
Honest answer: this was built to last, but no service runs forever. You can download a complete archive of the page — the HTML, all the photos, all the memories — at any time, and the custom domain can be transferred to you. The memorial belongs to you regardless.
The memorial lives at its own web address that you share with whoever you choose. New memories left by visitors come to you for approval before they appear.
