Answers, honestly.

How long does it take?
His page is built from your intake as soon as you finish it, and I read it before anything goes live. Most pages are ready within 24 hours.
I don't have his service records. Is that a problem?
No. The family knows what matters. Branch, roughly when he served, where he was stationed if you know — that is plenty. If you have the DD-214 or discharge papers I can pull details from those, but they are not required.
I'm not a writer. I don't know what to say.
Most people aren't. You don't write the page — I do. You send me what you remember, in whatever form. Voice notes, texts, a list of stories, a phone call. I shape it into the page and send it to you to read before anything goes live.
Will the page show up on Google?
Only if you want it to. Every page has an unlisted link and is set to be hidden from search engines by default. You decide who sees it by who you share the link with. If you ever want it publicly findable, you can switch that on.
What if Remain With Me goes away one day?
Honest answer: I built this to last, but no service runs forever. So you can download a complete archive of the page — the HTML, all the photos, all the memories — at any time. The page belongs to you regardless of what happens to me or the company. That promise is the whole point.
