You are about to hand over photographs of your baby. You deserve to know exactly where they go. This page explains it without hedging.

Your baby's page is private by default

A new page is not listed anywhere, not linked from anywhere on our site, and not visible to search engines. Google cannot find it. The only way anyone reaches it is if you give them the address.

You choose who sees it

From your dashboard you can set the page to any of these, and change your mind as often as you like:

• Only me. No one else can open it. You can still visit it whenever you want.
• Anyone with the link. The address works for anyone you send it to, and for no one else.
• Password-protected. Anyone who opens the link also has to type a password that you choose and share only with the people you want.

No tracking on these pages

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics tags, or social media pixels on your baby's page, on your dashboard, or anywhere in this part of the site. No advertising company learns that you were here. Our server keeps ordinary technical logs, as every web server does.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you the link that signs you in. There is no password to remember.
• Your name, if you choose to give it, so a person knows who to write to.
• What you put on the page — your baby's name and dates, photographs, ultrasound images, video, recordings, music, and everything you write.
• Anything you send us by email or through a form on this site.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, license, or share your baby's photographs or your family's words. We do not put any of it in advertising. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence. We do not send it to data brokers.

Who else touches it

Only the companies needed to keep the page online and the email flowing: our web host, and our email delivery provider. Each one receives only what it needs. Nothing about your baby's page is shared beyond that, except where the law requires it.

Where the files live

Your uploads are stored on our server and served over an encrypted connection. Access to our administration tools is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own copies of the original photographs and videos too.

How long we keep it

For as long as you want the page. We are not going to delete your baby's page because time passed or a payment lapsed. If you ask us to remove it, we remove it, and that is permanent.

Taking a copy with you

You can download a complete copy of the page — the photographs, the recordings, the words, the page itself — at any time, without asking permission. If RemainWithMe ever closes, we hand you every file.

What you can ask for

• A copy of the information we hold about you.
• A correction to anything that is wrong.
• Deletion of the page and everything in it.
• To stop receiving any email that is not essential.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date.
